With this in mind, the initial meeting of any potential client is very informal - getting together for a coffee and chat so that we can discuss your lifestyle, requirements and budget.

What do you hope to gain from the whole process? It’s very important for you to be comfortable with the situation and for me to decide how to best move forward. Some people are looking for just a subtle ‘tweaking’ here and there, whilst other clients are hoping for a more dramatic transformation. It’s necessary to get to know one another and form a plan than suits your needs.
